Erin Rooney

Erin, born and raised in Sioux City, IA has spent the last 15 of her 17-year banking career, in Commercial Lending. Specifically, Erin focused on developing new and expanding business in the Tri-State Siouxland area with various Community and Business Leaders. She enjoyed working with small businesses as well as large Commercial Investors. Commercial Lending involves getting to know your client, underwriting and structuring deals to fit their needs. Erin is excited to transition into Commercial Brokerage, where she plans to continue taking the same approach of professionalism, thoroughness, tenacity and creativity to help the client maximize their investment. Erin is excited to be joining the NAI Commercial team and utilizing their combined 76 years of commercial experience.
