Welcome! I’m Erin, Principal Broker for the Rothrock Group, third generation Portland realtor and a life-long Irvington resident.

I think of Portland’s neighborhoods like old friends and it is with a grateful heart that through my career I have small part in shaping their unique personalities. I am your boundless resource, tireless advocate, straight-shooting advisor and enthusiastic needle-in-a-haystack home finder. But I don’t do it alone—I’m a big believer in two-heads-are-better-than one. We play different parts but we share the same goal: find your next home or sell your well-loved home with ease and enthusiasm. I have a deep appreciation for the well-built homes, tree-lined streets and unique personalities of our city’s established neighborhoods but it’s the people and relationships that make this career so rewarding.

I care deeply for my clients and it’s a tremendous privilege to realize that so many have become dear friends. I can’t imagine doing anything else. Okay, sometimes I take a break for family trips and I never miss my weekly tennis date with my dad and son, but otherwise, you can bet I am happily working on a deal.
