AMAZING realtors! They respond quickly and go up and beyond. How you ask ? Neil not only sold us our home, he also came by after closing to help us with repairs. He cleaned our gutters, repaired a lose vanity cabinet door, and let us borrow his lawn equipment.

After inheriting a home in Indianapolis, my brother and I found ourselves locked in with a long-standing (and long-distance) property manager / realtor who was ultimately leading us down the wrong path. When it was time to list the home, that agent told us we would be lucky to even get 20 - 25% below market value for the home. We stuck with him and paid several thousand dollars to prepare the home for sale. He took sloppy cell phone photos, did not bother to clean the home (even left cigarette butts on the floors), and left the yard a mess with tires and junk everywhere. It was a joke. The home of course showed poorly and eventually most of the windows were broken out under his supervision. After a few weeks on the market, including one low-ball offer that ultimately fell through, it was time to switch agents. We needed someone professional who had our best interests in mind. That's when we linked up with Neil and Erin. It was a breath of fresh air immediately. We worked with Neil primarily and he was quick to offer cleaning the home, taking professional photos including the nearly 3/4 acres of yard, and sure enough within the first 2 days we had multiple offers. In less than a week we accepted an offer OVER asking price. The communication was impeccable. We did video chats, text, email, and multiple phone calls throughout the process. Always up to date on everything. Ultimately it was an extremely smooth transaction and we felt totally cared for. I would highly recommend the Scott's to anyone looking for a personable and responsible real estate experience. They are wonderful to work with!

I also got a really good education from her, as there were many aspects of buying a house that I did not understand. I do know that if I ever sell this house there won’t be anybody else selling it.

I have been working with Erin for 3 years now. Erin has demonstrated high level of professionalism with me and the clients she has secured for two duplexes we own. Erin just recently listed and secured a buyer for our duplex in Bates- Hendricks, Indianapolis. From the listing to the closing date, she was very proactive working with the buyer, the title company, utility companies and tax agencies. Oh, and the tenant in our Unit A. Erin coordinated all the communication as I was working from three different time zones. She removed all my stress with the process. I am very grateful to have her on our team. Erin is also very resource when it comes to securing sub-contractors to complete needed work items on our properties.
