Erin is the Director of Residential Real Estate at Abbott Properties and Team Leader of the Sheridan Realty Group. She works with individual sellers and buyers, developers, corporate clients and investors. After almost forty years as a real estate professional, Erin still retains her passion for being the best she can be. Her knowledge base of RI real estate laws and governmental regulations is exceptional. As a result, Erin is not only a client favorite, but also the “go to” agent among her peers and a consistent industry leader. As a result, she is a consistent muti-million-dollar producer.

Erin is an active member of the multiple Association of Realtors, the American Land Title Association and the National Association of the Self Employed. She’s a member of the National Society of the “Daughters of the American Revolution” is by virtue of her descent from several Revolutionary War patriots. She is also a commissioner on the Narragansett Historic Commission.

Erin lives in Narragansett with her husband, Bob Clift, a licensed land surveyor.
