About Erin

Since 2003, Erin has enjoyed an exhilarating ride in Real Estate with Coldwell Banker, building a professional life full of genuine relationships. Each client becomes an important part of her life as she serves them as Realtor, and after closing when she is always just a phone call away. she is a huge proponent of "community" and along with her family and our entrepreneurial spirit, she works to bring positive and progressive change to our local community.

As a child growing up, MOVING was a way of life. She spent her childhood moving around the country: Georgia, Tennessee, Indiana, Maryland, Illinois ~ and overseas, where we lived in Liberia, West Africa. The experience of watching her parents sell their homes and choose another (over & over again) instilled in her a love for picking up and starting over. Today, that's exactly what she helps her clients do.

She has lived in Central Illinois since 1989 when she graduated from college and married my college sweetheart. Today, they are raising their four children in a rural community that she loves. She has spent countless hours volunteering in the schools her children have attended. She is a proud member of the U.S. Masters Swim Team & Joliet Blue Tides Swim Team ~ continuing her life-long love of competitive swimming ~ She is also a 2022 State Champion in the 200 Butterfly. She enjoys being outside year-round and spending as much time as possible in the sunshine hiking with her family & walking her dogs Indiana & Finn.

Passionate about assisting others in their own journeys, she promises to treat her clients with high-priority status, while maintaining a commitment to community, career and family. She has her finger on the pulse of the local market and all of its nuances and she is armed with the Coldwell Banker brand and best-in-class home marketing resources!

Erin was able to sell our home when others had failed. She recognized how to successfully market the property and moved it in a difficult market. Her communications were excellent and she provided full service to make sure all the bases were covered. You'll be in good hands with Erin as your realtor.

I am writing this review from the perspective of being the Loan Officer for the buyer(s) on one of Erin’s listings. When it comes to being a Loan Officer, I can easily say that working with Erin was a breath of fresh air when compared to most of my experience working with other listing agents.

Erin was hands-on in vetting my clients (the buyers) and making sure her clients (the sellers) were going to successfully sell their home. When issues were identified during the inspection/appraisal process, Erin was solution-oriented and worked very hard to keep the deal together, which is not something I am accustomed to seeing. Having the listing agent act as a teammate and not a member of the opposing side is not typical and something that Erin should be acknowledged and commended for.

Her experience as an agent was demonstrated throughout the entire process and she was always willing to hop on the phone to figure things out. Believe me when I say that you will not be disappointed if you are looking to have Erin represent you as a buyer or seller.

Had my house on contract selling by owner, and the buyer backed out. Under a bit of a time crunch, I spoke with Erin and she told me I wasn't asking near enough and that she thought, with her listing (at 25K more), my house wouldn't last a week. She was right! the increase paid her commission AND the mover. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.
