I cannot begin to put how amazing Erin is into words. She worked with our family for over 7 months to help us sell our condo and find our dream home. Her extensive knowledge of every detail of the process, as well as her network of amazing, trustworthy inspectors made the whole process seamless. She expertly answered all the questions we had in regards to each step of the process and was always so kind and patient (not a small feat when dealing with rookie homebuyers and two little boys! :)) She toured tons of homes with us, really got to know what was most important to our family, and was always a step ahead of any question or concern we had. It really made what could have been an incredibly stressful process fun and exciting. We ended up in the most perfect home for us and I know it would not have happened without Erin!

We have used Erin to sell a rental property and to buy two homes. Erin is extremely knowledgeable about the purchase and sale process. Erin is always responsive to questions. She is also very patient and can deal with a client who goes back and forth, which I did a lot. In connection with our most recent purchase we visited numerous properties over the course of many months. Erin was quick to point out issues when we visited properties that I am not sure I would have noticed on my own. Erin is a consummate professional and I would not think of using anyone else. From the very first time we spoke, my husband and I could tell that Erin was a winner. Great personality, very knowledgeable and always made sure that we understood everything that was going on.

Erin is the kind of realtor that you always hope to have at your side as you journey towards buying a house. She is extremely knowledgeable about the realty industry and she is willing to explain any questions you may have patiently and calmly (not that I tested her patience and demeanor with incessant and inane questions...just sayin'). If you want an otherwise stressful, and possibly demoralizing, home-buying experience to be enjoyable and positive, have Erin at your side (and Sean, he did a great job too....Good Job, Sean!). I am not a first time home buyer. The home that Erin helped me purchase was my 6th house. I thought I was experienced enough with the intricacies of home buying and establishing a working relationship with prior realtors. But I was blown away after my recent journey. Erin has set a new bar that all realtors should follow. She is not only incredibly sharp, but she is always 10 steps ahead of EVERYONE. She is a straight shooter which I truly appreciate, she knows the Sacramento market like no one, she understands construction and points out all flaws/issues during showings, she’s honest, says what she means and means what she says AND she will have your back every step of the way. She’s been in this business longer than many and she is a lovely person to boot!

Two things I’ve learned working with Erin: 1) If you work with quality, you’ll get quality service and will be surrounded by quality resources that they bring in. And the opposite is true. You work with less than, you get subpar service in return. 2) You may think you have the best realtor, but if you don’t have Erin in your corner, you don’t have the best I will forever be grateful for her shepherding me through this experience.

It’s a challenging market to navigate, especially so for someone purchasing a home from outside the area. Erin is a wonderful realtor. I worked with her for about 6 months before I bought my first house. Over the course of those 6 months, Erin explained the home buying process to me in great detail and had a thorough knowledge of the real estate market in Sacramento. She took me to see roughly a dozen homes and she never tried to sell me on any particular house. Instead, she pointed out what could be potential issues with the home so that I could make an informed decision on whether or not to make an offer. She was very efficient and helpful once I decided to make an offer on a home and walked me through the inspections process and each step of finalizing the purchase. Buying and selling a home is a huge undertaking under the best of circumstances. Having a trusted and capable professional handling all the details really makes a difference. Over the last two years I found myself buying then selling and buying in a new location. Erin guided me through all 3 of those transactions, including finding the perfect new home. In the last 8 years she represented me in the sale of one property and one other home, and provided invaluable assistance in negotiation the disposition of another home.
