Erin is one of the best realtors in the area, hands down. She walked my wife and I through the entire process and ensured we understood each step until we found our perfect home. She always followed through with communication and was prompt at all times. She was also able to identify the best homes that fit our needs and requests. Erin Warfield was a life saver. The odds were piled against us. Due to job commitments, time zone differences, relocating and switching jobs 17hrs across country on my own with 2 little ones, and the busy demands of the current market, it was almost impossible for my husband and I to find a home. At one point I wanted to give up or lower our standards on our home wish list. It just seemed we were not going to find a home with the current demands in homes along with finding a seller who would take our strict VA offer over so many "cash as is" offers going around in 2021. Erin was persistent and remained positive, so I remained hopeful and focused. In the end, she miraculously helped us find a beautiful home, great location and commute, in budget and well within our standards on our wish list. If you are interested in home buying or selling truly recommended Erin no matter how impossible you think your mission to success is.
Even after her job was completed, she was there at closing, happily entertaining my 2 little ones, and she helped my husband surprise me on his arrival in country for closing. I had no idea he was returning. This is the true definition of going above and beyond your duty for your clients. She has a ton of knowledge of the business and a huge heart for people. I can never thank her enough🙂

Erin is a great realtor. She helped us find our first home and was always available to answer questions. We knew next to nothing about buying a home and she was super patient and understanding along the way and always ready to show us a new property at a moment's notice. We highly recommend her to anyone buying a home, especially first time buyers or people who are worried or hesitant about the process!

A second-time home buyer, I was new to the area and, frankly, wasn't really sure what I was looking for in a house, nor what the market was like in the Dayton area. Erin was helpful the whole while through. She's responsive, amicable, professional, and knowledgeable. There were some significant hiccups and hurdles (not her doing) in my situation, and things took far longer than expected, but Erin was there with me every step of the way. I really could not have asked for a better realtor and cannot stress enough how highly I recommend her.

My husband, Will, and I were very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge that Erin provided during our entire home selling experience. We started the process during the middle of winter, Erin reassured us that we would have no problem selling our home and she was right. Our closing was scheduled right as everything started shutting down due to COVID-19 and we had already relocated to another state. Erin made it possible for us to close remotely. We will be contacting you when we move back to Ohio in a couple of years.
