Where do we begin? Responsive, courteous, professional, proactive, and patient. All words that sum Ernie up perfectly. Ernie was our biggest advocate throughout the home building experience. We worked with Ernie to find a home in the Richmond after we decided to leave Nashville after 16 years. Ernie was incredibly patient as we started navigating the move (we took our sweet time!). The first or second house Ernie showed us, we walked in and within 5 minutes he turned to us and said "I would tell you not to buy this house". At that point we knew this was who we wanted to work with!

Ernie has a great eye for spotting what makes a house great and what could cost us a lot of money down the road. At one point, we were pretty sold on one house. Ernie encouraged us to keep looking and that we would find something even better. He was right!

We started out looking for a house we could be in for 5-7 years. Ernie helped us purchase a house we see ourselves being in a lot longer than that. He was great to work with, even from 500 miles away!
