About Ernie

Welcome to my bio page. I was born and raised in Cecil County and know the area like the back of my hand. From back roads to the best places to eat crabs, I know the best. I attended Salisbury University and graduated with an B.S. in Elementary Education. After graduation i was employed as a therapeutic mentor and counselor for behaviorally challenged children in Cecil County. I ran after school programs and mentored many children. During that time I began working on obtaining my real estate license and entered the real estate world in 2003. The market was crazy at that time! It was a complete home buying frenzy that later became the biggest real estate market crash in history. I survived it
by working as a social worker to make ends meet. Now almost 17 years later I'm still a Remax Agent. I absolutely love working with new homebuyers and helping them through this complicated process. But i believe my specialty is marketing for my sellers. Over the years i have utilized cutting edge technology to help with my marketing strategies. I was the first agent in the area utilizing drones to capture aerial images of my properties. I have since became a remote unmanned aircraft drone pilot with the FAA. This allows me to provide spectacular pictures and produce stunning cinematic videos that help me create the ideal image for my clients. Over my long career i have achieved numerous awards fro REMAX on my achievements as an agent. I pride myself on being agent with nothing but honesty and integrity to serve my clients. My 3 amazing children are my entire world. As a parent I strive to show them how to be the best person they can be. I volunteer as one of the high schools wrestling coaches, I created the first high school bass fishing team/club in the county. We won 2 state championships. I volunteer as a little league coach and as a flag football coach for my children's teams. I cherish those moments i can spend with my children and value the importance of being involved in everything they are interested in. On my downtime if i am not with my family on our boat, i enjoy fishing and playing sports(golf, baseball). I hope this information is helpful in your search for the right agent.
