Our business relationship began in 2004 when we sold our 1915 remodeled farmhouse. Rick and Ernie were so considerate of attachment to our home that they made certain the buyers were carefully screened; the home sold for over the asking price and entire transaction went smoothly Since that date, they have handled 10 real estate transactions for us both residential and commercial locally and out of the area.We have had 8 other family and friends enlist Rick and Ernie for real estate transactions. They are so knowledgeable in their field, have complete integrity, honesty and truly care about their clients. We would never consider using any other realtors.
