My goal is to provide superior service to my customers and clients. In my first meeting my objective is to listen your wants and needs. Making the process as smooth as possible is what I strive for. I have been in the real estate business for 40 years so I am well acquainted with the markets I serve. Community involvement is a priority with me. I served two terms on the Hays City Commission. Membership includes the Hays Chamber of Commerce, Chamber Ambassadors, Sunrise Rotary Club, Hays Masonic Lodge, Life member of the Fort Hays State University Alumni Association, Hays Board of REALTORS, Hays Multiple Listing Service, Kansas Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. For seven years I was on the Human Subjects Research Institutional Review Board for Fort Hays State University.

I have a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science Degree in Communication from Fort Hays State University.

Presently, I was chairman of the Kansas Real Estate Commission, Board Director for the First Care Clinic, Board Director for GrowHays and on the Board of the Hays Senior Center.
