Eryn Marciano

Eryn and her family have lived in both Rye and Mamaroneck since leaving New York City. Although originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Eryn has relocated across the country with her family multiple times, buying and selling properties along the way. Now that she has put down roots in Westchester, this experience sets her apart from the rest as she is naturally able to put herself in the shoes of her clients as they embark on important real estate decisions. She understands the emotional side of the buying and selling process, and paired with her degree from The University of Georgia in Psychology, she is able to uniquely guide her clients through what can be a delicate process.

Prior to her real estate career, Eryn worked as a mortgage loan originator in Atlanta. After some time she realized she preferred to work with clients on the buying and selling side of the transaction so she decided to become an exclusive real estate salesperson 2005. Eryn took with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from the financial side of real estate and puts it to work as she guides her clients through the process of buying or selling their home. She was awarded “Rookie of the Year” in 2006 and was a recurring member of Atlanta’s “Million Dollar Club”.

She is passionate about animals and is involved with Best Friends Animal Society who works to help tens of thousands of animals all across the country have second chances, as well as leading life-saving initiatives. She is also very active in the Rye Neck community and takes advantage of the waterfront lifestyle of paddle boarding, kayaking and boating in the Long Island Sound. She loves giving buyers insight into this wonderful place she and her family feel grateful to call home!
