Esme & Wes are a great realty team! They helped my husband and I find a home as well as three rental properties within eight months. They were available at a moment’s notice, which, in such a competitive housing market, is imperative to success. All of our properties closed on time, and each transaction was stress free for us. If I’m ever asked my definition of a sales person, of which I regard as sales professional, and even more importantly who could I recommend to someone , I do not take such an question of importance lightly, and Being 10 years in my sales career, 6 of which in the automotive industry, I understand the importance and necessity of having a sales person /experience of quality/integrity, and clear and concise, as well as being able to separate myself from my peers and appeal to my customer, of which earning their business. With the understanding that over 90% of people will make 2 Major transactions in their lifetime , a house and a automobile and as a sales professional I also understand the importance of what my chosen profession is, and my obligation and responsibility to provide above and beyond customer service, dedication , resilience, integrity understanding , a easy and concise professional buying experience, all of which combined, and topping off with the #1 importance of all the customer. Because without a customer, there can be no demand, and without a demand, there can be no production of product/need for a service, which would result in there being no need for a sales professional(sales person/consultant). And understanding this , I also understand as a customer; a brother , a son, a father, a neighbor and a co worker , that if I’m looking for a particular product , and in need of a sales professional, I’m looking for someone I can trust , and someone I can rely on, and at times guidance , so that I can make an informed decision, especially on a big purchase. And The same can be said if anyone in my family or friends would be in the market or in need of a sales professional, and my hopes That they have one of the qualities mentioned above. And when it comes to Wesley Brown, whom I consider not just a friend ,but a mentor , and at one point of time having been a supervisor , who taught me a lot about the car business. And the lessons learned being not that of the typical sales training or product knowledge (even though Til this day years down the road if I have an in-depth customer on a Prius prime and wanting to know something that not even some of the greatest minds at Toyota would know, a question myself and many who worked with and for Wes would consider is a “Wes question”, can call him up and hell 99% of the time know and on that off chance 1% he didn’t he would quickly find out and get back to me) , but the lesson being servitude and providing something /an experience that a customer wouldn’t find or get anywhere else but with me, that “something/experience” being simply put a passion to take care of the customer, by having understanding and a genuine authenticity and passion behind your intent and not the commission /sale, that a customer can feel and this being quality and trait that is missed so much nowadays in sales no matter the industry. I can say personally a large part of my success and track record in my career so far is attributed to that concept that not only was apart of the many things learned from Wes but him leading by example and being able to see it in regards to his interactions with customers versus other mangers. And sales being sales, the product my be different but the concept being the same and in regards to Wes, I couldn’t think of another person I’d want to start my buying process with , or entrust my family or friends and my reputation on. A above and beyond representation of a sales professional, who lives and breaths , and passionately abides by being of quality and professional service to the customer, providing nothing short of a professional and easy / understanding stress free buying experience. This is what you get when you dealing with Wes Brown and his wife Esme, this being the way of which I’d define sales professional.

They went above and beyond to make sure my needs where met. They handled everything. Not only did they calm my nerves but they addressed my many questions and concerns with open arms. Working with Wesley and Esme is really like having two agents working for you. They are very responsive, they know how to manage the details and keep the agreement moving forward. I had to buy with no contingencies, but they still managed to negotiate some bumps that occurred through the process.

Recently used them again for a real estate transaction. Called Esmé about a deal. The turnaround to get the offer prepared and submitted was tremendous. Two days later and it was under contract.
