This review for Esmeralda Gil is to give accommodations as she was so dedicated to getting my first time condo. She followed up consistently with the inspector/inspections, attorney and the Lender to make sure that all the areas were covered during this process.

She always stayed in touch either by text or emails to me to be sure I was understanding the process of purchasing the Condo.

She made purchasing the Condo an easy process and explained everything. She is dedicated to each of her clients.

She kept in contact with me before the closing and after the closing. She also made me aware that if ever I needed anything in regards to the Condo or had questions she would assist me and has an open door policy with her client.

I would definitely recommend Esmeralda Gil and the Agency she works for to my friends and family. ♥️

This was a second property purchase so I had a feel of what I needed to look for as a buyer, but Esmeralda did an exceptional job!
