We have relied on Esther once before to buy a house and returned to her because we knew how smoothly it went the first time. This time we were selling and buying on a contingent deal with Esther leading us the whole way. She found us a beautiful home within our means and in the neighborhood we were focused on. She had a spot on idea of how quickly we could sell our house and the price. We did better than we could have imagined and were able to get a larger house, in a fast moving/more expensive market with a very small change to our mortgage payment. She said it would move fast and it did, listing on a Friday we had four offers by Monday morning all at or above asking. We had some issue with our buyer and Esther helped protect us and protect the deal on the house we were buying so that we were able to navigate the contingency as smoothly as possible. She was always there when we had questions, she was quick in response, and professional. She is an expert at reality in the West Valley and McMinnville. I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling.

Ester was very helpful in finding our new home. We were moving 4 hours away so much of our communication was via email and phone. When we found a home we wanted to look at she went out of her way to set it up with the seller so we could tour. She sent us many options and when we found “the one” she was so great with all the paperwork and even getting us in touch with someone locally to sell our home.
We can’t recommend her enough! We will definitely use her again if we decide to move.

My experience working with Esther was excellent! She worked with me for about 6 months to find the perfect property for my tiny house. Tiny houses are a niche and require finding a property with the proper zoning for them to be allowed. She was incredibly patient throughout the whole process and never gave up! We visited multiple properties together and she was always available to talk through things that I didn't understand. She was more than my realtor...and I can't thank her enough! We closed 4 days ago and now my dream has become a reality! I highly recommend her!
