Ethan was raised on a family farm in western Kansas assisting his family in their beef cow/grain farm operation and later operating a custom home building business. After visiting friends in the Shenandoah Valley, He, together with his wife Lynette, chose to relocate here in 2010 where he again worked in construction and poultry farming.

In his free time, Ethan enjoys custom woodworking, camping, and spending time on the river with family and friends.
