I offer a free consultation to help you prepare your home to make the best possible first impression. This includes guidance on staging, repairs, and presentation. I conduct a detailed market analysis, studying recent sales and current competition in your area, to price your home strategically and competitively. From there, I implement a custom marketing plan designed to maximize exposure and attract serious buyers. My goal is to help you sell for top dollar in the shortest amount of time.

When Working with Buyers:
A portion of my business is dedicated to helping buyers find, negotiate, and close on the right property. I always tell my clients: I’ll send you listings based on your needs and preferences, but I go a step further by personally reviewing each property—its photos, location, condition, and layout—to recommend the best options. More often than not, the home I highlight ends up being the one they purchase.
