A portion of my business is dedicated to helping buyers find, negotiate, and close on the right property. I always tell my clients: I’ll send you listings based on your needs and preferences, but I go a step further by personally reviewing each property—its photos, location, condition, and layout—to recommend the best options. More often than not, the home I highlight ends up being the one they purchase.
