Evan is one of those rare people who has a healthy & abundant mixture of honesty, intelligence, communication skills and kindness. We always heard right back from him throughout our home buying process, and he regularly answered very specific questions we had about various homes, in ways that showed us he knows his business. It was obvious throughout our experience that he and his entire team value integrity and customer service over the almighty dollar.

Overall, we are grateful because he helped us put in a great offer on our dream home (even helping us get the price down), worked amazingly well with our lenders to keep things running smoothly and got the changes done that we needed after the inspection. Basically , he helped make the process seamless! We would give him our business again any day!

Because we purchased first and sold second, the stress was high on us and Evan to really have everything go very smooth and quick for both transactions. Evan was on it each step of the way. Evan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He really listened to what we wanted in our first home and made sure thats all we looked at. The best part of everything is that Evan made us feel important as people. He cared about our wants and desires. We had a small issue with some damage to the property and Evan went above and beyond to reconcile the situation. I recommend Evan for any real estate needs.

Evan was very professional and responsive. I had tried working with other realtors before him that would never get back to me, which makes buying a house difficult, especially for a first time buyer. Evan, however, would respond to my texts/calls usually within minutes (assuming it wasn't a middle of the night sort of thing). He was very helpful with any questions I had and even helped me through a sticky situation that I put myself in that almost costed me the house I wanted. Definitely someone worth going through.

As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were quite nervous and excited to begin looking for a home. The market hasn’t been kind to most first time buyers in our area so we had our doubts.
