If you're looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond the call of duty, who NEVER leaves you hanging, who understands the housing market, and who will be by your side every step of the way, LOOK NO FURTHER! Evan Russell proved himself to be as caring and compassionate as he is savvy and determined. Against the odds, he managed to sell my Somerville condo for a healthy price in a flooded city market during a Covid-inspired mass exodus to the countryside. He will lay out your options and make recommendations based on his experience, but he will never pressure you to do anything that you don't want to do!
