Evangeline's road to real estate was bound to happen; she grew up with her dad always building, so naturally, she pursued architecture and worked drawing subdivisions for an Engineering firm. After having her first child, she thought she'd like to pursue a career in the Dental Field, which she did for a very short time (military moves made it hard). Then, everything changed. Evangelyn started looking for side hustles as her kids got older since she didn't always need to be home. After hustling for about seven years, she signed up for classes, took her licensure exam, and hasn't looked back since. It was a long and winding road, but working in real estate has always felt like home.

As a Military Spouse, she understands the challenges of moving homes from State to State. Having moved five different forms for the military and the last one across the country, it has been challenging for children and pets. Especially when the service member cannot be "in the country" to help facilitate these moves. She couldn't be more thankful for all the challenges and learning that she has had to do. She loves living here in the PNW. She enjoys being outdoors, and her hiking list gets longer each year.
