WOW WOW WOW!
Evelin Kahre is truly exceptional. She not only was professional and on top of everything, but really went above and beyond. If you are looking for someone to take that extra mile she is the one! She helped bring over boxes, went and let my maintenance people get it while I couldn't because I was at work, helped cleaned and organize the house for the pictures and open house. Evelin is also so friendly and kind. She works 24/7 and never missed one of my calls. Trust me, she is everything and more you could ask for in a realtor!

Evelin Kahre was a wonderful real estate agent. We used her to list our town-home on the market in Feb. in Aurora Colorado. We discussed plan of attack, implementation of such plan and we dominated the plan.Together we made one hell of a team. We were able to sell the home and close in 31 days with a full price offer.

Evelin went the extra mile in every step of the process. I got phone calls to even just check in on me regularly. She even watched my child so I could pack uninterrupted. She brought me boxes, tape, and helped stage the home. She personally came out with her own personal friends to help us move when our family was in a financial pinch. And even when I thought we were done with the closing and sale I accidentally had two packages delivered to the old address that she was able to pick up and redeliver to me. She didn't have to, but she wanted to and I am very grateful for everything she has done for my family and I.

She is so very kind, professional, but also very personal in all her business and personal relations. What I really appreciated about Evelin is that she did everything in her power to make sure the process was seamless and painless. Her attitude towards life, work, and family is inspiring and I love that she is genuine in all her affairs. And she did her best to keep my stress level down. How many people can say that about their realtor. If you cant it might be a time to try something new.

Evelin is very attentive to your needs an uses some of the best tools to help you decide what is best for you an your budget. I was under a time sensitive move and Evelin helped me get into a place quickly that was priced right in the local area I needed . I will look forward to have her as my agent if or when I decide to sell.

Evelyn must be the best real estate agent ever! We decided to move to Colorado from New Jersey and were only in town for a few days: she made time for us to show us as many homes as possible but we were not able to find a home at that visit. We had to go back to NJ and she managed to find us an awesome home just by going to houses we liked and Facetime-ing us. In a short time we felt like she knows what we want and had a strong feeling that we can trust her to help us pick the right place.

During the actual house-buying process she was always on top of it, helped us find the right insurance, mortgage, movers...Absolutely unbelievable how one person can help with so many things.

We are now moved into our new home and love it. I really don't think we would have been able to trust anyone else to help us buy a home without us even actually seeing it. Thank you Evelin!!

Evelin is a great realtor she is very interested not only in selling you a home but your personal concerns about what you want and need. She will keep you updated at almost any time of the day and night regarding your process of buying or selling your home. She will you the right place or the right person to buy your home. Evelin is great at her job and remember your concerns are her concerns even after the ink dries.
