Evelyn is the absolute best at EVERYTHING she does! We started our journey to homeownership about 2 years ago. From the moment we stepped into her office I knew she was the one. From start to finish she was very professional and responsive to our needs. There was never a time that we called that she didn’t answer or promptly return our call. It was very important to me that we had a realtor who wasn’t pushy and had patience. She handled every curveball that came our way with so much grace. Anyone else would have given up on us but she NEVER did. There were so many times that I wanted to throw in the towel but she didn’t let me. She encouraged me and let me know that we could do it. I would HIGHLY recommend Evelyn to anyone! Her credit repair program is exquisite and so is her tax preparation services. She is the BEST there is!

Ms. Bouknight is a very patient and understanding realtor. I meet her in 2019 and it took me a year to be completely ready to purchase my home. She never gave up on me or got tired or me. She continue working with me and instructing me on what I need to do in order to get qualified. She also check in to make sure I was staying on track with the house buying process. Ms. Bouknight encourage me during this process when I wanted to throw in towel during the process. Ms.Bouknight has a doctoral degree of knowledge in the real estate market. She will make sure you are getting the best home and price for the value they are asking. I would highly recommend you use her as your realtor. If others realtors didn't work out then please give her a call I promise you want be disappointed.
