Evelyn is very detailed and works hard for her client to get the best possible price. She is very professional & always keeps her clients updated on transactions. If you are looking for a knowledgeable & trustworthy realtor I would highly recommend contacting her to list your house. My wife & I have used Evelyn three times as our realtor & we have had great success every time. Our last transaction had obstacles due to buyer’s lending issues. No problem for Evelyn, she persevered with grit & we sold our house. Very few realtors will even take the challenge.

Evelyn was a pleasure to work with in search of my retirement home. She worked tirelessly with me for months viewing homes with my daughter since I lived out of the area. After 4 failed offers I finally found my home and Evelyn was supportive through out the process, never any pressure. She always listened to what I wanted, super laid back and down to earth. I have bought and sold enough to know that most people feel that a realtor is an expense in home buying and selling that most could do without. I disagree and feel bad that you havent found Evelyn. With a realtor like her you get answers, solutions, and options that are realistic, competitive, and backed by knowledge that is rarely seen. Anybody could take a class and learn paperwork, but the attention to detail is where she breaks from the regular, follow that with knowledge of construction and experience that will describe an actual reality to what you are getting yourself into with realistic expectations not the normal "oh its great you will be fine" just to get their commission and move on to the next. I'm not going to say there aren't hurdles when buying or selling, because there are, but by the time I figured them out, she already started on a solution the day before. Psychic? Possibly! More like an amazing team mate in your home endeavours that you have not had the priveledge to experience.
