Everette was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire home buying process! When I freaked out he remained clam, professional and transparent. He was responsive and lead the negotiations that helped me with obtaining $13,500 in closing costs from the seller! He truly goes above and beyond! Oh and at closing he was the only realtor holding a gift basket for his client!

My experience with Everette took me in many directions in this volatile housing market. However, all roads led back to success! Everette and I worked in tandem by effectively communicating goals & timeline.
