Evon believes every family deserves to have a special place to call home. As a licensed REALTOR for more than 35 years, a Certified Relocation Specialist, and an active member in the Spartanburg Association of REALTORS, she has become an expert at helping people find a place to call their own.

An Upstate resident since 1974, Evon’s husband Steve and she have established a life here that they love. Her expertise in both the area and the status of our local market has helped her guide her clients in finding the perfect home.

Throughout the process of buying or selling a home, she listens to her clients, establishes a relationship, and works to earn their trust. With open energy and approachability, her goal is to help her clients feel at ease and comfortable with their decision. Often, her clients turn into lifelong friends! At the end of the day, her philosophy is to treat others as she would like to be treated. The most important thing is not selling houses or land, it's selling homes where love and family abide!

Evon’s husband and she are blessed with 6 children and 9 grandchildren, and they keep Evon busy during her spare time! She is a lover of life, and enjoys music, dancing, reading and spending time on the awesome lake where she lives. You will also find her enjoying all that the beautiful Upstate has to offer.
