EVERYONE, LISTEN UP! Stop your search, it’s too exhausting when I already went through it thoroughly.. and let me tell you, I could NOT be happier than with Ewelina. She stood by our side for a year during this process and during this psychotic housing market! I chose to actually take a long break from searching, but she was still there for us! I am excited to say I just recently bought a home and Ewelina was a delight to work with while finding my new home. I cannot say enough great things about choosing Ewelina Rafael as our realtor. This was only the second home that we've purchased and by no means are we experts, especially in this crazy housing market. Ewelina met with us before we were even ready to list our home to set the expectations for what we'd likely encounter during the entire process. She moves quick and doesn't bs you. I was lucky to enough to get connected with Ewelina through a childhood friend.

My husband and I were referred to Ewelina by a coworker when we wanted to start looking for our first home. When we contacted her first, it was a little early to start looking due to the pandemic and us both switching jobs. During our first conversation she told us about herself and got to know us and what was important to us when we did start looking. We contacted her again a few months later with more confidence and more solid answers of what we were looking for. Once she referred us to a lender for approval, we hit the ground to look. This was at the beginning of 2021, right before the big crazy market boom. Found a perfect house within 2 outings, put an offer in, and were approved. Throughout the whole process Ewelina was always available, calling us to ease our minds during our first home buying process and answer any and all questions. She worked so hard with the attorneys and the seller’s realtor to get the deal closed for us (seller was dragging her feet on negotiations) She got us an amazing house warming gift, that we can’t wait to use. My husband and I worked with Ewelina this year to buy a new home and sell our starter home. I can not say enough how happy we are that we had Ewelina help us through the process. We saw a lot of houses because my husband and I were not sure what we wanted. Ewelina helped us focus on what we really wanted and find our perfect home. We have been in our home for 9 months now and it is everything we could have wanted.

After buying our home and moving we renovated the old home. We asked Ewelina for her advice on what renovations should be done, popular paint colors, good contractors, and much more.
