Ezio provided us with exceptional customer service and support throughout our difficult and very specific purchase and sale. We were looking for a large piece of land with either two structures or room to build an in-law suite. Ezio patiently and diligently searched and took us to see countless properties until we found the perfect one. Ezio was so good and evaluating each properties’ pros and cons, and often crawled into craw spaces and attics to assess the condition. After we purchased, Ezio facilitated a quick sale listing and guided us through the sales process in this crazy market to get our house sold. We so enjoyed working with Ezio and would highly recommend him.

Ezio was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and customer-centric from the moment I reached out to him for help listing my home through the closing and even ensuring I've had a smooth transition to my new home well after. Throughout the entire process, Ezio was very communicative, efficient and did great to coordinate all the deliverables he committed to. Even during some challenges outside our control, Ezio went above and beyond to ensure things remained smooth and deadlines were met. I highly recommend Ezio for any of your realtor related needs!

Ezio is exactly what someone searching for a home would be looking for. He does not pressure you, and cares first and foremost about getting you into a home that you want. From the moment he enters a home showing, he is assessing the home for any issues that could prove to be problems down the line; he is also assessing how much the home matches your wants/needs. Patience is a virtue to Ezio, and he will work with you to achieve the best possible outcome. From initial contact to closing, Ezio is knowledgeable every step along the way and will not hesitate to dig for information. He is also adept in negotiations. Ezio brings a ton of experience, is an overall pleasant and kind-hearted man, and engages in his career for the right underlying reason - he genuinely loves helping people, and that is a big part of what fuels his passion.

We contacted a few others before finding him, and we felt like just small ants to the other realtors who were obviously more concerned with making huge-money sales - once they found out we were not looking for million dollar homes, they became abruptly distant. Not Ezio. I strongly recommend contacting Ezio for your home-buying experience.

Working with Ezio has been a genuine pleasure. I have sold many houses in my lifetime and do not relish the idea but, he made it easy and painless, guiding us through the process. At every step, he went the extra mile. He worked on our schedule, explaining everything. He had a professional home stager review and offer advice to get our house ready. He brought in a professional photographer do the pictures. We hit the market on time and had a sale in less than 24 hours. After the home inspection, he helped find the right people for repairs and even went out finding parts for an air conditioner and window. When issues came up with the home appraiser, he went to bat for us and made it work. Selling a house is not just about a listing but finding someone who makes it happen. Ezio is that guy. BTW, I have heard he works just as hard for anyone buying a house. This is the guy to go to all your real estate needs.

Selling and buying a house can be a very difficult task, but having Ezio Mariani as our agent made it as smooth as it can be.
I have been working with Ezio for years now we have purchased and sold a few homes together and it always been a smooth move I highly recommend Him and his wife for renovations.
These people are amazing!! Of course they offered the lowest selling fee in the area.
