Ben was super helpful and patient with us in looking for our new home. My wife and I were pretty picky with what we wanted in a home and while it took almost 8 months, we finally found one. The process was smooth and easy after finding a home. Always responsive to questions from both my wife and I.

Once we found a home, was not long before our current home was listed on the market and selling with him was also a smooth process. He was knowledgeable and gave advice on what he would or would not do when certain tasks would pop up.

Overall, had a great experience working with Ben and team.

I was so fortunate to have met F. Ben Gilbert when I did. He helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was so patient with me as we looked at homes over several months and cautioned me about making unreasonable offers when I fell too quickly for overpriced homes. He was always on my side making my house purchase as simple and successful as possible! Ben was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice and finding homes that met my specific needs than he was on closing a deal. I highly recommend him to find your next dream house!

Wow! We relocated from Florida to the Cleveland area just recently, and have developed a wonderful relationship with Ben. We are not the easiest folks to please when looking at properties, yet Ben was extremely professional, patient, and fun.
