When we had decided to buy a house, we had vetted multiple realtors and luckily found Fabian. Our first meeting was enjoyable as he was approachable and understanding with any questions or concerns we wanted addressed. Furthermore, he was very knowledgeable of the real estate market and was able to help us refine our search to identify properties that fit our description.

That should be enough for any agent to receive a good review, however, beyond his ability to understand and guide us through the process he was further able to assist us by introducing us to service providers that reduced our costs of living by multiple hundreds! Even though he is quite trustworthy, we had still vetted out competitors of the service providers he had introduced us to but inevitably we couldn't beat the quality or price of the ones he had suggested.

If you are looking for a new home, consultation and/or construction service then I highly recommend working with him. He is always available working around the clock, friendly and professional.
