Fabian Nelson serves as the Principal Broker of Nelson Realty Group. He brings to Nelson Realty Group over 10 years of combined sales and customer service experience. Prior to joining Nelson Realty Group he worked for Keller Williams Realty. As Broker of Nelson Realty Group his job is to make sure that all of our clients are serviced to the best of our ability and that each client is provided with the unique experience that we aim to provide them with at Nelson Realty Group. Fabian holds an active Broker's license in the States of Mississippi and Florida. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Mississippi Association of Realtors (MAR), and The Jackson Association of Realtors (JAR).
Fabian proudly serves on the Grievance, and Governmental Affairs Committee of the Jackson Association of Realtors, and the Standard Forms Committee for the Mississippi Association of Realtors (MAR). Having earned the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Designation (SFR) Fabian’s knowledge regarding Foreclosure and Short Sale properties has been greatly expanded. Fabian's educational credentials include an Associate of Arts Degree from Holmes Community College, Bachelor of Science Degree from Jackson State University. Fabian is also an active member of the American Chemical Society (ACS), and American Medical Student Association (AMSA).
