I can’t thank this extraordinary lady enough. She went above and beyond representing us in the sale of our parents’ home. Her and her partner, Lisa Zimmerman Travers, were there before the sell, absorbing all my stories about our family history, rolling up their sleeves and helping us clean, hiring cleaners for some additional deep cleaning, hiring a professional photographer, and hauling items to the thrift store.
Since I live hours away, while the house was on the market they would make special trips to the house to tend to anything that popped up. Fabi’s family even pitched in. Her husband worked his magic touch and greened up the lawn. Her daughters (aka office assistants) can operate snow shovels better than many adults! I can’t thank them enough for all they did to help care for our family home!
When it came to showing the home to potential buyers, Fabi and Lisa represented us, our family heritage, and the house very well. I have no doubt their passion and personal touch were instrumental in finding my dream buyers to hand the keys over to.
They went above and beyond the typical realtor-seller relationship to assist us. But even more so, I am so blessed to now have a beautiful friendship with these two amazing ladies. They held me when I cried, laughed at my brothers and my antics, and were a joy to just hang out with.

Fabiola was Fabi-lus! I was apprehensive at first considering I didn't know her and we weren't getting any hits on the house. It turned out that we hit the back-side of the market bubble and all we needed to do is find the right price-point. Our experience with Fabiola (Fabby) involves 2 generations! First, my husband and I were helped by her as we started our quest to move from Montana to Idaho. Next, our oldest daughter worked with Fabby as she prepared to retire and desired to move nearer to us. In each process, she was dedicated to accommodating our schedules and our goals.
