10/10 the absolute best!!!! Words can’t describe how amazing faith and her team are. We were first time home buyers and introduced to Faith through our friends. Faith was not pushy, extreme patient, so so helpful. We looked at 2 houses before putting an offer in and it getting accepted. Faith truly takes herself out of it and wants what’s best for her clients. I couldn’t imagine going through this process without her. Buying a home can scary and she was always available- even in Mexico on vacation 😂 I can’t recommend Faith enough. Thank you for everything!!!

I sold the home that I had lived in for over fifty years so that I could move to be near my daughter. There were very specific features that I wanted in a new home making the search more difficult and time consuming. Through it all, Faith was accommodating and patient. She is more concerned with finding the right home for her clients than she is in making a quick sale. She is knowledgeable, professional, experienced and a joy to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a realtor who will spend the time it takes to find the right home for her clients.

Faith is amazing! She went way beyond our expectations. She was at every meeting with our builder, and took notes, and was on our side the whole time. She is available for questions 7 days a week by phone, text, or e-mail, and she is very knowledgeable about the Treasure Valley area. She makes you feel like you are always #1 on her priority list. She even came to the title company to witness the closing signing. She is super friendly, and is the best! We have never had a realtor this dedicated to us!

Faith is phenomenal. We cannot begin to explain just how much work and effort she put in our behalf during our recent purchase. She was always two steps ahead, always spot on with her recommendations. She surrounds herself with hard-working, friendly, trustworthy people who know everything about the process. We thought we had the best interest rate possible when getting ready to close the deal, but Faith felt we could do better and suggested that we check with one of her contacts. We did, and shaved almost 0.4% off of the rate and $200 off of our monthly payment! And then the process took days, not weeks or months, and was incredibly easy. Our previous lender said the new rate that we received was “impossible”, but Faith knew that it wasn’t. That’s knowledge; that’s knowing your business. Insurance? Same thing: talk to “her” people, and what do you know, another great deal. Missing homeowner documentation? She left no stone unturned to find it. She did WORK. No matter what happened, good or bad, Faith made it all great. With her, it felt like we had an entire company of loyal, dedicated people working around the clock just for us. One can only hope they have a friend like Faith. To have a Realtor like Faith puts us in the unbelievably fortunate category. We can’t be more thankful!

She managed everything. She even had to go to my house several times a day to deal with my 3 cats. I definitely picked the perfect realtor.

Faith is more than just a realtor. She goes above and beyond explaining the details of every home you walk through. She not only helped my husband and I find our forever home, but she then helped my mom find a great place with a very challenging budget! She is always on top of new listings and getting you the most up-to-date information before it is even available to the public! Moving from out of state is nerve wracking bit Faith went above and beyond to help us find and close on our home. From FaceTime videos, constant updates, meeting blind companies, audio video installers... she never stopped. She was constantly working and closing deals but we always felt like we were a priority. After securing our house, she also helped get my 81 year old grandmother a home .5 mile away🥰 our move would not have happened without her hard work and dedication.

Faith is great to work with and was instrumental in helping me find a great home. I began working with Faith months before I relocated to Idaho. While I was out of state Faith would drive by potential locations and either facetime with me or send me videos so I got a better sense of each home. Faith is always quick to respond to my inquiries and helped me to understand the current real estate market and what it would take to get an offer accepted. Once we found the home that was right for me, Faith went all out to communicate with my mortgage lender and the seller’s agent and had my offer accepted the same day the house went on the market. Faith and her team have kept me informed of the process for closing on my home and keep in contact to make sure nothing is missed.

We recently sold our home to Faith and her clients. I was very impressed that she took the initiative to reach out to us before we even had it listed. In a very competitive market, she had the tenacity to get us to sell our home to her, before we even listed it on the market where her clients would likely have multiple offers to compete with. She seemed to be very experienced and when problems came up she always had a solution. From start to finish I think the whole thing took less than 4 weeks. I highly recommend working with Faith. Especially in today's climate where there is very low supply, and a huge demand.
