Fanisha is an amazing Realtor!! I was an out of state client and she never hesitated to go and do a face time walk-through of each property. She listened to what was important to me and helped me find my forever home that was perfect for me. I don’t think she ever sleeps! She answered every phone call and quickly responded to each text. She is amazing and I highly recommend her! She was very knowledgeable about how to structure offers, which was important in a hot sellers market. Always professional and just a dream to work with!! Highly recommend!!

I worked with Fanisha on the purchase of two properties. Besides her professionalism and attentiveness she went above and beyond the call of duty. I’m from out of town and things were a bit different for me. Getting around was challenging. Fanisha helped with this challenge. Fanisha found my dream home . It had electrical issues I called Fanisha she had it fix next day.

Several issues came up during the purchase of my current home and throughout the whole process Fanisha worked tirelessly to be sure it happened.
