About Faruk

I moved to Lancaster County in 2000 and I am proud to call it my home. When I started out in real estate in 2004, there was a strong seller's market, homes were selling quickly and with little marketing needed. When the market turned bad in 2008/2009, that is when I learned how to sell real estate. With a lot of education and my persistence I was able to increase my sales during this "bad market". I learned that changing my mindset would be the most important skill to develop in order to survive in sales.

I enjoy walking sellers and buyers through the often complicated process and ensuring a smooth real estate transaction. Due to my years of experience and growing referral base, I have been asked on many occasions to represent clients in the neighboring York, Dauphin, Berks and Chester Counties. Lancaster County is my home base.

My goal is always to help. I have a strong ability to overcome obstacles. Often, I spend more funds on educating myself than marketing myself, so I can provide highest quality service to my loyal and new clients. We Googled excellent realtors in Lancaster County, PA & decided to go with Faruk due to his outstanding reviews & 5 star rating. The hype was true! This man met with us at 505 Foggy Bottom Road in Ephrata & came prepared with past, present and projected statistics, pricing, graphs, market analysis & comparables besides a few other papers to help the homeowner in becoming familiar with the process. My wife & I were floored, not only due to his presentation but due to his calm yet extremely ambitious business confidence & demeanor. He had a satisfactory & or excellent reply to all of our questions & concerns. He has been in the industry since 2004 & I do not think he wasted a second in becoming acquainted & then excelling in the industry. We went onto 'the market' at one of the worst times in recent real estate history for the seller. Yet we walked away pleased with the result and payout. The interest rate was at 7.79% which is an all time high! We also began with a selling price way over the actual value to recoup the $40,000 we invested, transforming the house to as close to new as possible. This will explain the price drops. None of it was due to Faruk's mistakes or mishandling. I will reiterate. We are more than happy with the payout. Faruk ensured that the process was smooth from beginning to end. We live a couple of states away and he used Docusign for everything. He gave regular updates & was prompt when responding to texts, calls & emails always with excellent communication skills. He negotiated like a boss. We only had to go to the notary one time & the title company that he used was just as swift & professional as he is. I expect above & beyond out of everyone that I pay for services from & when that does not happen I review the opposite way as you can see from my reviewing. If you want excellence, contact Faruk. I highly recommend Faruk Sisic for anyone looking to buy a home.
I used him as a buyer's agent during my home search. He was always helpful and knowledgeable. He will give recommendations when asked but not push you. I will definitely use him again or refer friends if looking for a home.
