Fatima Simas

Fatima’s attentiveness to details and strong ethical values are of the utmost importance to her. Due to her dedication and work ethic, repeat and referral clients compose a large base of her real estate business of 21 years.

She is a certified as a Waterfront Historic Area League (W.H.A.L.E) specialist. This knowledge regarding the significance of the historical homes brings knowledge to her clients. She is also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.

Giving back to the community is very important to her. She currently serves as President of the Board of “Friends of Child and Family Services,” and on their Gala committee. She is also the co-chair of the Holiday Hope Project who sponsors families in need.

She resides in South Dartmouth with her husband Victor of 31 years and two wonderful children Andrew and Nicole. Fatima is creative in every sense. Entertaining and cooking is something that if anyone knows her would say she is the happiest doing.
