Fawad is one of the most professional, compassionate, dedicated and respectful professionals I've EVER worked with in any industry. We looked for a long time in 2020 and Fawad took us to dozens of homes and when we decided to hold off on purchasing he was incredibly kind and patient with us and never once made us feel like we'd wasted his time.

We just closed on purchase of our new home and sale of our old home and again Fawad took us through so many properties and made sure to understand what we were looking for immediately and sent us the property that we ended up purchasing before it was even listed. We were very picky and Fawad continually re-assured us that it was OK that we were being picky rather than trying to sell us on a home that wasn't everything we wanted.

He has been AMAZING to work with and incredibly kind to us and our family. He helped us navigate the process with our lender and made sure closing was an incredibly smooth process. Fawad showed up just to congratulate us at the new house on closing and saw me moving boxes in from the truck and kept insisting on helping us get moved in as well. He helped us with contractors on things we wanted to change in our house and pointed out so many things we wouldn't have even thought of. He has gone so far past "above and beyond" and we'll miss working with him!

I will recommend Fawad to all my family/friends/coworkers etc. and genuinely cannot think of a single complaint. If everyone in the real estate business had Fawads work ethic and professionalism navigating the whole home buying process would be a breeze.

Fawad is not only professional, but he also knows what he is doing very well . He has guided me throught out the process of closing a house and I would definitely recommend him.
He has been kind enough to provide me contacts of who ever I needed ,eg Insurance agent , Leander agent , etc... and best part was ,all these contacts were professional and provided excellent service and quality within no time.
Most importantly he has gone out of the way and was available for questions and service beyond regular office hours.

GREAT Service and Very Professional!
From start to the end of my transaction, Fawad was always available for me and responded very quick. Very humble and open for any questions. He is very detailed and gives you unlimited time for your understanding of the process. He supported me on above and beyond of the actual house selling process and treated me like a family member.

Fawad was very professional! My wife and I met him just a couple of times before he listed our house, we were on contract in less than a week, at asking price. He never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! He was always available to answer our questions. He did a lot more for us than I ever expected from a Realtor. I really appreciated how he was on top of things and how he kept us informed every step of the way.

Working with Fawad on the sales of my home was a pleasure. I am a first time home seller and was not sure if my expectations were realistic, as it turned out he exceeded them. He we responsive, informative, knowledgeable, and proactive during the whole process. We spoke several times a week during this process and most communication was initiated by him informing me of the current status of the listing. I was never left wondering what was gong on.. He took the initiative to communicate directly with the buyers realtor when there were potential issues involved or questions raised on my part.

Recently Sold our home through Fawad and it was a AMAZING experience.

Fawad was extremely responsive and had very strong communication. I really appreciated that Fawad always kept me in the loop of everything that is happening and never left me in the dark.

Mr. Shahid did a fantastic job from start to finish and will recommend him to friends, family and acquaintances who need a realtor.

Fawad went above the call of duty and his help and support are 2nd to none. He gave me a good insight into the current real estate market and best timing of when to put my property on the market. He walked me through the process step by step and provided good tips of how to best prepare my home for show.

Fawad did a fantastic job with the open house and we had two offers shortly thereafter.

Once we had an offer, Fawad kept me informed of the viability of the buyer and kept line of communication open with the buyers agent to help streamline the process.

Fawad services continued with his recommendation of a real estate attorney and handyman to help with misc work. Both individuals were just as professional and as good as Fawad. Mr. Shahid set me up for success with a great team. He is passionate about what he does, taking care of his clients.

Fawad provided excellent service few weeks before listing he actively searched my property and kept in touch with me to list my property. He had professional pictures which made huge difference. We just closed!!! We had the great opportunity to work with Fawad to look for our first home. Fawad hours were very flexible and we were able to see any home we wanted in any neighborhood.

He is very friendly and wants to find the home we are looking for. With a no pressure to buy motto and an honest opinion of every house, this made the home buying experience exceptional.

His recommendations were also very spot on, with every house he recommended had something we wanted in a house, we were able to hone into homes that met most of our criteria.

When it came to placing an offer, and through the negotiations, Fawad made the process very seamless. He always kept us in the loop and gave his analysis and opinion on the decisions we are about to make, we were glad to have him on our side.
