Faye Ganley

While Faye is not a true Colorado native, she has lived in metro Denver since 1990, initially making her home in the Cherry Creek neighborhood. She knew Cherry Creek before the mall was built and remembers when you could get anywhere in the metro area in 20 minutes. While the changes bring certain challenges, the growth has also brought a lot of positives like a more diverse culture, trendy neighborhoods, and great restaurants, just to name a few.

In 2004, she was part of a team that opened a charter school in Southeast Denver. Working in education honed her passion of educating people on processes unfamiliar to them. She absolutely loves helping her real estate clients make informed decisions when it comes to buying or selling their home. Every client has a different dream, and she considers it an honor to help each and every one of them achieve their goals to get them closer to their dream. Her relationship with her clients goes beyond the closing table. She works hard to ensure that the relationship is earned and lasts for years to come. It is the trust, clear communication, and transparency that keeps her clients coming back, and referring her to their friends and family. There is no greater compliment than that! When she is not working you can find her on a hiking trail, playing pickleball, trying a new restaurant, at the beach with a good book, or traveling.
