Faye Zinas

Faye Zinas was born and raised in Virginia Beach. She is an expert when it comes to knowledge of the Hampton Roads area, contract negotiating, and the home Buying/Selling process. She graduated with a BS/BA in Marketing from Old Dominion University in 2003, received her Virginia Real Estate License in December 2004, and has been selling homes ever since.

Faye really enjoys working for Wainwright Real Estate - a local, family-run company that has been around since 1951. She has enjoyed it so much that she took the role of Managing Broker in 2015. She loves the flexibility they allow for her to help the wonderful agents in her office and continue selling properties. The two go hand-in-hand as she is able to stay on top of the real estate market trends plus have hands-on experience to help her agents when they need it.
