Go realtor for us! She has helped us sell 3 homes and purchase 1. She was right on top of everything. All houses were sold in a short time. Had people looking right away. She also found use the right home to by the first day! Very attentive to all our wants. She also found a home for my my mother when she moved here from Oregon. Worked well for us.

Felisha really is an expert in the field and you can't find many like her that can walk you through the process of buying and selling. She tells you everything you need to know and do to make it all happen. She is honest with her information which really makes things move smooth. She told us that when the buyers for our home were getting an FHA loan that loan appraiser would complain about exterior paint because they usually do that...and they did, but at least we were prepared to deal with it.

Felicia was upfront and confident about the entire process from start to finish and gave us realistic goals and times frames. We had an added challenge in that we needed to sell our home to buy our new home and she was flawless in her execution and due to this we were able to close on both loans on the same day as originally planned.
