Felicia Costa began her real estate career in administration in 1996 in Healdsburg, CA. She became a licensed agent in 2003 and was immediately a top producer. Years later she also took on the role of General Manager of the #1 office in Healdsburg and spent a total of 14 years there. She came back home to Humboldt and has been building a successful real estate business since 2012. She attained her Real Estate Broker License in 2021. Her experience over 25 years, including admin, marketing, management, sales, and Broker/Owner of her own Brokerage, gives their clients a unique advantage in the marketplace.

Over 15 years, Mark Costa became highly respected in the Heavy Equipment Transportation/Trucking industry with his knowledge, professionalism and work ethic. These traits combined with his vast local knowledge, make him an integral part of the team and co-owner of Humboldt Premier Properties. Mark has a strong ability to listen and understand the needs of others. He does what it takes to provide clients with a successful and rewarding experience in achieving their goals.
