About Felicia
After graduating from Providence College in 2013, Felicia took a position with an agency that placed IT professionals and that’s where she was first introduced to the art of negotiation. Although she enjoyed the fast-paced and competitive nature of the business, she left the industry to pursue a career path that would foster her entrepreneurial spirit. That pursuit led Felicia to the real estate industry.
In spring 2014, Felicia passed the Massachusetts real estate exam and joined Classified Realty Group, working out of the company’s Reading office. Growing up around the real estate industry gave her a great deal of insight and understanding; but building a clientele was going to take time and plenty of energy. Fortunately, Felicia had an abundance of both. She started by working closely with her coworkers at Classified Realty and offering to do as many open houses as possible where she could meet potential buyers.
When Felicia wasn’t doing open houses or studying the nuances of the real estate business, she was focusing heavily on developing her own brand. That part was easy. Felicia’s brand is a universe of energy, honesty, negotiating savvy, relentlessness, heavy reliance upon technology, and an abundance of social media know-how that her clients’ find irresistible. It’s also a brand that works and gets results.
