If you are looking for a home, you want Felicia on your side!! She helped us find our first house and has taken care of us ever since! When we started thinking about moving to a new home, we didn’t have to dig through to find her information because she has stayed in contact with us the whole time! Sending informational flyers to keep us in the loop on the market, providing us with hardworking and reliable contacts for projects around our house, and even client benefits like fun family photoshoots! We knew we wanted to relocate but were worried about the market. With her hard work, we got an offer on our house the first day it was listed and went under contract on day 6! The 1st time I seen Felicia's name on a mailer, at that time I wasen't really interested in buying a house, but was curious about some real estate questions. She was so helpful, and not pushy in trying to sell me a house. 2 years later when I was ready to buy a new house and sell our existing- she had several homes that were not on the market yet, but were "coming soon" in mind for us, and she showed us the houses that were on the market that checked all our boxes. She also gave us valuable insight on what neighborhoods/businesses/schools that were around, possibly growth or decline in those areas. When it came to selling our old house, she quoted it at a price I thought was too high, but once it hit the market- within the first hour we had an offer at full price. She knows the trends, has a network of real estate sales and contractors to answer all the questions you need. She's has a long history in this area with sales, so she knows the old school ways of doing business, but she's also been a trailblazer in creating sales on social media, websites and all the digital elements you need to really push the sale. We had people basically lined up to see our house, it was amazing. We liked her so much, she's become a good friend and has come to some of our new home's get togethers. If you have questions or are thinking about buying or selling in the Eastern Jackson County area, there's no one I'd rather give a call than Felicia.
