Successfully closing transactions on single family homes, manufactured homes, homes in parks, vacation rentals, investment properties, commercial properties, and vacant land. I cover both Northern California and Southern Oregon, with focus mostly in coastal communities. I take full advantage of living on the border of both states and could not imagine a more perfect area where I have not only raised my son, but where my husband and I will always call home!
