I believe Fern to be one of the most if not the most knowledgeable realtors in the Dubois and surrounding areas. She has been in the area a long time and knows the area, the people and has a great pulse on the market in the area. We have purchased a few properties with Fern from a few smaller rentals to a Lake home, to a commercial building and she always seems to know the backstory behind every property giving us great insight. Since we buy for both personal and business purposes this knowledge is very important to our decisions on property. She even knows the rent-ability of homes in the area and has helped us maximize profits on our rentals.

Fern is a great person.... personable and funny! We got to know Fern about 4 years ago when looking for a house in Treasure Lake, PA. It took us a while, due to the number of places to view, but finally we found our home. Fern was on top of all the requirements needed to get the house purchased. We were from out of state, so lots of communication was required and the closing went off without a hitch. We have since become friends with Fern and her family. We would recommend and HAVE suggested to others that Fern is a great agent and that they'd be happy with Fern as their agent. Fern is hard working and committed, both buyers and sellers would be pleased with Fern Reiker~Realtor. Great Job Fern!
