I'd like to start this review saying that, Fernando and his team are the real deal. My wife and I just bought our very first house and to be honest, we didn't have a clue on where to begin on the process. As soon as Fernando knew what kind of house we were looking for, he didn't hesitate to email us every house available and after finding a few we decided to go house shopping. Fernando is a cool dude that didn't press us for time or for any property. He was friendly and since the first phone we had, I knew he was a person we could trust. The process sometimes can be tedious for some people, fortunately it wasn't the case for us because Fernando's team was ready to help achieve our goal to become home owners. From start to finish I felt the guidance and help with either paperwork or to give advice. After finding a house we liked, Fernando took care of everything we needed. He kept an open channel with what I called him the money man. After putting in an offer on the house, Fernando dealt with house inspections, and things that take time and are tedious if you don't know how it works; he definitely does his stuff. I cannot believe how quickly, smoothly a d overall easy, the process was that Fernando made possible, even when we lived 4 hours away. Fernando is the kind of guy that an antisocial like me, can call him a friend, I'm looking forward to keep his friendship and I will definitely give him a call for our future real state needs. If you are looking for a person that cares about his customers, and that will dedicate time and effort until you get satisfied, Fernando is the guy. We are thankful to have found him and become new home owners! Thank you Fernando!!

We used Fernando Mota to help us buy our house in Rocklin last year, & we used him again to help us sell our house in Castro Valley this year. He is an extremely reliable and well rounded real estate agent. He has a wealth of knowledge in real estate which is amazing for someone his age. He truly knows what he is doing and what he is talking about when it comes to real estate! We received almost $100,000 more than the asking price for our home in Castro Valley. He was extremely professional in all aspects of the purchase of our house in Rocklin, as well as in the sale of our house in Castro Valley. We feel so thankful to God that we met Fernando last year, & we trust him on both a professional & personal level. We would recommend anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a home to use Fernando! He is the BEST!

This review is for Fernando Mota. If you are looking for someone that will look out for you and treat you like family you found the right man. Fernando helped my family and me find our home in June 2020. The process took longer than expected but Fernando kept us positive and posted with all the details he could to ease our stress during this time. He would check in with us daily to give us updates and even when there wasn’t any updates to provide he would just talk to us like a friend. This small token of personal attention made the difference. My family I don’t know how to thank him more than to let everyone we know he is the Best Realtor!! He is there for you 100% .

Working with Fernando was an absolute delight, every question I had was answered on the spot. Every concern I had was answered. Fernando absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was in the right home for myself and my family, during this homebuying process, and social distancing. Fernando absolutely took the lead on when and where to meet and how the process needed to go. I really appreciated that. We ended up making offers on 14 homes,In which I backed out on two of them because they just weren’t right. When we found the home that I ultimately purchased Fernando guided me through the process, and put me in touch with the right professionals. If you have the pleasure of having Fernando as your real estate agent, I’ll tell you right now you are in very good hands. Buying a home can be stressful, and it would be nothing worse than having a real estate agent who doesn’t respond or seem to know what to do. That was not my experience with Fernando. Super nice genuine guy who really has his customers satisfaction in mind. If I was able to give more than five stars I would.
