It is pleasure to write a review about Heritage Home Realty and their real Realtor Mr. Fida Ahmad.
When we decided to sell our home in Philadelphia because we already signed the purchase contract of our new home in Texas close to our daughter, and had only one month plus to do so.
when I talked to Mr Fida Ahmad about it , he said not to worry about it and assured me to sell our house as soon as possible.
The same day we listed the home , he put everything together and helped us getting the potential costumers in very sort time.
The result was our house was sold within a month and at the best price we had expected. They both Mr Fida and Mrs. Marie Ahmad also helped us in selling our furniture and household stuff. Also their video virtual tour of our house was very effective. they both gave us quick response whenever we asked for their help and advise.
We really appreciate their hard work and professional handling of the sale of our House in Philadelphia

Mr. Fida Ahmad from Heritage Homes Realty was very instrumental in helping my parents find their dream retirement home in Texas. My parents had been desiring to move from their beloved home in Philadelphia, in which they had formed many happy memories over 30 years, in order to move closer to their daughter and grandchild in a warmer climate. Mr. Ahmad and his organization were extremely professional, hands-on, thorough, and always very courteous.
