Fintan Madden

It gets his "Irish up" when competing in real estate transactions. Originally from Cork County, Ireland, Fintan has resided in the United States for the past 27 years and became a citizen in 2004. His family owned and operated a real estate construction company (Madden's Construction), as well as multiple properties both residential and commercial. Working with his family's company helped him develop strong negotiating skills and strengthen his natural instincts with understanding property values. He has been a realtor since 1997. Joining RE/MAX Advantage Real Estate in 2003 after prior affiliations with Century 21 and Carlson Real Estate was one of the best decisions of his career.

He also has a degree in culinary arts and worked as a professional chef in his former career. He is a past member of the Board of the North Shore Health Project in Gloucester, MA. He is a founding member and past two-term President of the Cape Ann Referral Group.
