My wife and I hired Fiona to sell our home in Hunterdon County. She presented her plan on how she would price and then market our home. She won based on her professionalism and honesty on what was great about our home as well as its shortcomings. She listened to all our concerns and always showed great empathy. Fiona was always there for us when we needed her during the process. She was very quick to respond when we needed her. We had a few challenges and she helped us thru all of them. She was great with the advice and her strategies were spot on. We ended up selling for significantly above asking price and I believe it was due to Fiona’s market expertise, experience and plan. She is on another level, and you would be hard pressed to find a better realtor. We had a very unique, challenging property to sell in Central NJ. I recently purchased a home in New Jersey and Fiona Bradshaw was my realtor. She came highly recommended and I knew I was in good hands from our first conversation.

Fiona did all the things one expects from a top-rated realtor; she represented my interests, demonstrated thorough knowledge of all aspects of the home buying/real estate business, had intimate knowledge of the areas/neighborhoods where I was looking and had excellent communication skills. Fiona understood what I was looking for and was always on the lookout for properties she believed could be a match. This is really all a person could ask. What really set her apart was her willingness to go above and beyond in helping me throughout the entire process ... from beginning to end.

She arranged time for me to bring a contractor to look at the home after submitting an offer and together we spent 2 1/2 hours at the home which I so appreciated! Being that a home purchase is one of, if not the biggest purchase in one's life, I was grateful that she understood my need and made it possible. It was a blessing!

While under contract, Fiona found and recommended contractors to provide estimates and services (oil tank sweeps, etc) which were invaluable to me as I lived over an hour away from the property. Every contractor and service provider she recommended turned out to be fantastic - knowledgeable, honorable and a pleasure to work with. It was such a huge help during the home buying process.

She was also kind enough to meet us at the home prior to closing so we could measure the space and plan our move accordingly.

Fiona is smart, a pleasure to work with and extremely communicative! She was a great liaison between myself and the seller and she made the home-buying process, stressful in and of itself, a much smoother and pleasant experience!.

Fiona performed all of the responsibilities of a realtor smoothly, purposefully, and with aplomb. She gave us practical advice on staging and prep and connected us to an excellent contractor who helped to get the house in top shape. She provided extensive market research to help us set the right listing price and managed a successful open house. Fiona just oversaw the sale of my Sister-in-law’s Condo near Flemington for us. She provided fantastic service and support through the whole process. Seller was moving to Texas, so much of the marketing and preparation for closing has to be handled remotely. Working with Fiona to buy our first home was the best decision we made during our home-buying process! As we were shopping for a home, Fiona was so communicative and helpful. Any time we wanted to see a home, she was very quick to arrange a showing and would go with us anytime that worked for our schedules. After living 23 years in our New Jersey home, we decided to take the leap of faith and move closer to family, out of state. We found Fiona from Google reviews and it was probably the best decision we made during the process of selling our house. During this crazy market and 2 years of home searching, Fiona EXCEEDED our already high expectations in our experience with buying a home. I can’t speak more highly of her masterful knowledge, abundant helpfulness, and authentic empathy for us during the process. We were admittedly very difficult clients to serve being as picky as we were — but I never felt as such from Fiona. I always feared working with a realtor who served their own interest first (even subconsciously), and NEVER ONCE did I felt pushed, judged, or unheard working with her. I had no idea it was possible to like a realtor as much as we did to the point that we were sad on closing day to no longer be working with her. lol.

Despite the unusual time that has realtors probably as busy as they have ever been, Fiona still offered us exceptional service. We are a working family and had limited time to see houses. Since houses are moving so fast right now, Fiona put in a tremendous amount of work making sure we got a viewing to every house we requested as soon as possible, even if she couldn't make it herself. Fiona created a phenomenal pamphlet of my property that was so good I didn't want to leave. There was also a beautiful video with drone shots. Her write-up and description of the home that was posted online was very well written and captured perfectly the charm and history that piqued buyer’s interest. Even her street sign was impressive. It came with a night light. I have never seen that before.

The home sold in days for over asking price and this was all due to Fiona's hard work. Very impressive. I'm so grateful for her help.

Fiona did an amazing job of marketing the property and communicating its strengths to potential buyers. With that being said she was with us every step of the way. COVID delayed our home search but Fiona did everything in her power to make it as seamless and as easy of a process as possible.
