Fiona Dogan

Fiona's real estate career began when she decided to rebuild her own home. Since then she has designed, built and sold several beautiful shingle-style homes in the area. These transactions have provided her with invaluable experience with local building requirements, architects, contractors, subcontractors, construction and interior design services. Fiona's knowledge and experience have resulted in her successful track record in home pricing, marketing, negotiations, inspections, financing and closing.

She is currently active in all aspects of real estate, including sales and rentals of co-ops, condos, apartments and single-family homes in the Rye, Rye Brook, Harrison, Purchase, Port Chester and White Plains areas of Westchester, and is happy to refer you to any of her trusted colleagues in other parts of the country or internationally.

Prior to her career in real estate and starting a family, Fiona managed the United States sales and marketing division of the Macmillan Publishing Company. After graduating from St. Andrews University in Scotland, she lived in the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. With her personal experience of international travel, along with her three major moves in the area, Fiona fully understands the pressures and demands of relocating to and settling into a new community.

Fiona's three children are currently enrolled in the Rye City School District. As a past Parent Teacher Organization President, District Strategic Planning Team member and a current Curriculum Council member, she has detailed knowledge of local schools, as well as current familiarity with the vibrant local communities, neighborhoods and services.

Fiona is a Licensed Salesperson and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, the Westchester County Board of Realtors and the Rye/Harrison Multiple Listing Service. She is fluent in German and conversational in French and Turkish. Her intelligence, integrity and energetic, positive personality, combined with her sales skills and construction experience, make her an ideal choice for all your real estate needs.
